  • A confirmation message with trip details
  • Payment receipt after each installment

The Solution

We built an automated WhatsApp messaging system triggered by their booking software:

1. Instant Confirmation: The moment a booking is confirmed in their system, the customer receives a beautifully formatted WhatsApp message with all trip details, within 30 seconds.

2. Payment Receipts: When a payment is recorded, an automatic receipt is sent with amount, balance due, and next payment date.

3. Pre-Trip Sequence: Automated messages go out at 7 days (document checklist), 3 days (packing tips), and 1 day (emergency contacts and final reminders).

4. Post-Trip Follow-up: A feedback request is sent 2 days after the trip, with a link to leave a Google review.
